Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Chat Bot
When attempting to configure Digital Assistant in Fusion Application,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 15, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in a sandbox -> HCM Design Studio > Digital Assistant Configuration > Enter Server URL of the ODA Instance details and 'Web Channel ID' > Click on 'Save and Close'.
