Unable to perform user administration in Cloud and OIM environment including password resets, locking/unlocking accounts, disable/re-enable accounts, editing user information.
The administrator will receive of the errors similar to those noted below.
Manually resetting password operation failed for user: Password reset failed because user with [LDAP information] does not exist in the directory
An error occurred while performing locking lock user operation. locking failed because user with [LDAP information] does not exist in the directory
