Inventory Adjustment not flowing from WMS to RMS.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Send an inventory adjustment transaction to RMS from LogFire. Move the Inventory from ATS to UTS.
2) Note the non_sellable_qty is not updated in ITEM_LOC_SOH.
