When attempting to publish items, Publication Job ends in warning.

ERROR
-----------------------
IN the error table, below is the error
"The publication process failed while processing the request ID xxxxxx and the thread number xx. The remaining records won't be published."
The record counts are staged xxxx, eliminated by rules xx, framework issues xxxx and successfully extracted 0.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Select the items in PIM
2. Publish the selected items.

Follow the below steps to diagnose
1. Set EGI_PUBLICATION_ITEMS_PER_PAYLOAD = 1
2. Re-run publication job similar to any one of earlier requests that failed.
3.Use the below query to identify the item with the issue.
