Inactivating an Individual SKU is Re-Assigning its Images to Another Active SKU With Same Primary Variant Option. (Doc ID 2743024.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

 If a SKU is inactivated individually and said SKU used to have images assigned, these images get re-assigned to another active SKU with same primary variant option.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

In the Admin tool...
1. Go to Catalog menu
2. Search for a product ID
3. Edit product
4. Click on "SKUs" tab
5. Click on a SKU
6. Uncheck the "Active" box
7. Click on the "Save" button

Observe that after deactivating SKU "1234" from the admin console, images of the SKU "1234" is getting re-assigned to another active SKU "12345" with same primary variant option..
