Data Elements Not Populated When Creating a Document Type BP From Files in the Document Manager (Doc ID 2743029.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.9

When creating a Document Type Business Process (BP) record from files in the Document Manager (DM), the Data Element (DE) values are not pulled across into the Line Item.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to Company workspace > uDeigner > Business Processes > [BP_Name]
  3. Select the necessary form
  4. Click on Properties
  5. Double click on the [DE_Name]
  6. Notice it is Auto populated
  7. Navigate to affected project
  8. Select Document Manager > Documents
  9. Highlight the affected document
  10. Check the title and number
  11. Create > Business Process
  12. Select Business Process
  13. Click Create
  14. Highlight the type
  15. Click on the document on the left side
  16. Notice that the Line Item Details are not populated on the right: [DE_Name]
  17. Navigate to the BP
  18. Click on Create
  19. Click on Add
  20. Use the paperclip on the right to open Document Manager
  21. Navigate to Project Documents > [Project_Document_Name]
  22. Select a file
  23. Notice that the Line Item Details are populated as expected on the right: [DE_Name]
