Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Manage Banking
When attempting to void External transactions created by Bank Account Transfer, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
'You can't void this transaction. You must cancel the bank transfer: 100 and both the associated transactions will be automatically voided. (CE-660431)'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage External Transactions
2. Try to Void transactions created by Bank Account Transfer
3. Error message is reported

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot void these transactions.
