BI Publisher time zone defaults to GMT (Casablanca) time zone

All users in BI Publisher is assigned the GMT (Casablanca) Time Zone. Also, when scheduling Report Jobs, all times default to GMT (Casablanca), which is time-consuming to change to Eastern Standard Time (EST) when scheduling and viewing Report Jobs.

Instructions on how to assign the default Time Zone BI Publisher environment to the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
