Planning Cloud : Attribute Dimension Association is Not Working

Symptoms
Attribute dimension association with base dimension is not reflecting at Essbase level when Essbase hybrid mode is enabled.
Following symptoms can be seen at application level:
- In spite of the fact that attribute dimensions are associated with base dimensions at planning level, association doesn't show up in dimension tab of BSO cube database properties in calculation manager as all the attribute dimensions are missing among listed dimensions. Dimension list is supposed to include base and attribute dimensions both.
- Since association is missing at Essbase level, attribute dimension reference cannot be used in business rules or calculation scripts, below error will occur:
"unknown member name ["<Attribute_Dimension_Member>"] in function [@WITHATTR] Rule <RuleName>"
