Transfer Type Validation Error (Doc ID 2743526.1)

Symptoms

After is selected a transfer type in 'Create transfer' screen and completed the remaining fields, if is changed again the transfer type, the systems do not validate the locations again.
When changed the transfer type second time the system should perform an refresh on the remaining filters.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to 'Inventory' -> 'Transfers' -> 'Create transfer' screen.
2. Try to create a transfer from a warehouse to a store from distinct transfer entities with the transfer type 'Administrative'. The Retail Merchandising System indicates that the store is invalid as is expected.
3. Change the transfer type to 'Intercompany'. The system don’t perform an refresh on the remaining filters. And the store continues as invalid but is valid destination.
