BICC Extract Fails With "Infected File Found During Virus Scanning Operation On Content Server" (Doc ID 2743549.1)

Symptoms

BICC extract fails on one or more PVOs with error

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in. Infected file found during virus scanning operation on Content Server.
at oracle.apps.bi.storage.ucm.UcmServices.checkinFileByPropagateException(UcmServices.java:953)

From the biee_extractor log the error is

Could not get checkin response for file: file_<pvo_timestamp>.zip due to: [[
oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in. Infected file found during virus scanning operation on Content Server.
