Gross-to-Net report is showing more amounts for NI Employee and NI Employer.
Values from the report
NIEES = £5,625,939.62
NIERS = £7,074,140.93

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Actual Figures should be around
NIEES = £780,755
NIERS = £975,384.52
