Unable To Put Event On Hold From Manage Project Page, Hold Status Not Updating (Doc ID 2743783.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Manage Contract Billing

We are unable to put any event on hold once/ hold indefinitely from Manage Invoices page after 20D upgrade. Hold status on the event is not updating. Just to let u know that we can put the event in hold from Manage Events page.

Expected Behavior
By put the invoice line on hold, event should be removed from that invoice and event should be marked as 'Hold'.

Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigator> Contract Management
2. Invoices> Manage Invoice> Search and open an Invoice
3. Select invoice line with event
4. Actions> Remove Transactions> Hold Once
