A cell's number formatting for positive values is (100), i.e. it has prefix and suffix. User must remove prefix and suffix. User opens a Format Cells window and select "None" for prefix and suffix of positive values. Then click "OK". The result is: the cell have not any suffix, but it has prefix "(".

To reproduce the issue:
1) Open Format Cells window for some cell, that has some prefix;
2) Select "None" for prefix;
3) The prefix is empty and click OK or "Apply" and OK, it doesn't matter;
4) The prefix wasn't removed.
