Symptoms
We have had our CX Sales to CPQ integration working properly for a while now. Recently we notice that when we try creating a Quote both from an Account and an Opportunity the iframe open up and displays the CPQ headings, but none of the fields on the CPQ form populate.
There are no changes to the integration settings.
To reproduce, login to CX Sales > Navigate to an Account or Opportunity > Quotes and Orders Tab > Create Quote.
