Employees Unable To Add New Contacts Using The Family & Emergency Contact RUI (Doc ID 2743979.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When employees try to add a contact using the Family & Emergency Contact quick action they're getting the following error occurs.


ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #9

Note, the error does not occur when editing an existing contact.  Nor does the error occur when adding Co-worker as a contact.

As a workaround, were adding a new contact from Benefits module which works fine.
