Symptoms

Notice performance issue with WMS during all functional access for example select facility/company, in search field enter screen name 'User' the drop down takes about 20 to 30 seconds to list, just clicking on User tab to access user screen takes about 1 to 2 mins simply displaying the page. On User screen if user click refresh it takes 1 to 2 mins to return data. On Order Hdr click tab it takes 1 to 2mins to open the page. On Order hdr screen filter by 'Order type' takes about 2 to 3 mins. This latency issue occurs like this for every module accessed. If user deletes the tabs(ex. User UI or Order UI) and requeries User UI or Order UI the page opens immediately with 1 to 2 secs. If user filter on User UI for username it retrieves the data within 10 to 15 secs, same on Order Hdr UI , if user filter order nbr it retrieves data with 2 to 4 secs no issue. There is no consistency with the performance for all UI screens and there's no specific time when the performance occurs it happens at any given time and doesn't not matter how many users are using the environment, there could be one user experiencing performance on all screens or there could be more than one user(ie. 5 to 10 users) on at a time the performance occurs and is very intermittent.
