LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME Not Getting Updated While Cancelling Shipment

SHIPMENT.LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME not getting updated while Cancelling Shipment.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create Shipment against a PO.
2. Go to Inventory>Shipments>Search for the Shipment number.
3. Click on Shipment no.
4. Cancel shipment.
5. Note the status changed to "C" but LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME is not updated.
