Unable to Save Requisition

Symptoms
When creating a requisition with a template, Recruiters are unable to save the requisition.
The error message does not specify why the recruiter is unable to move forward, it states: Unable to save requisition.
Steps:
- Create Requisition> Select Template> Complete requisition wizard.
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Check that all fields are completed
- Click Done
- Error: Unable to Save Requisition.
