Fluid: Unable to Save Requisition (Doc ID 2744137.1)

Within Fluid, when creating a requisition with a template, Recruiters are unable to save the requisition.
The error message does not specify why the recruiter is unable to move forward, it just states "unable to save requisition".

Create Requisition> Select Template> Complete requisition wizard.
Complete all mandatory fields.
Check that all fields are completed
Click Done

Error: Unable to Save Requisition.
