Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to add a new assignment,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"Salary element entry couldn't be created. (CMP-1005343)
Reason for this error: ORA-20001:
The identifier xxxxxxxxx for the payroll relationship, employment terms, or assignment passed to the entry level ID parameter is invalid.
Details: The employment level ID included with the entry for the Basic Pay element must be a valid ID number for the employment level indicated.
The employment level must also match the employment level at which entries can be created for this element.
For example, you can't use an assignment ID to create a terms level entry,
and the assignment ID submitted must be ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_SALARY_INTERFACE", line 1254 ORA-06512: at line 1 . "

1. trying to add a new assignment;
2. error occurs
