On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Amended Contract Status not changing to Under Amendment

The requirement is to have “Assign user” option enabled under “actions” on a contract page in an amended contract.

The following Support Document (Doc ID 2630214.1) has been followed and enabled it.

However, now an active contract is amended, the status of the contract remains “active” rather than changing to “Under Amendment” status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

when an active contract is amended, the status of the contract the status should changing to “Under Amendment”.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for contract
2. Amend the contract
3. The contract remains in Open status instead of being in Under Amendment
