Issue With Uploading Import Files For Attachment Object In Import Management (Doc ID 2744470.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, File Import/Export

Issue with uploading Import files

1. If we upload a zip file for Attachment object we see that the files have not been uploaded and see message: "no file chosen"

2. If we re-upload the same zip file we get error:

"Your import activity has failed because the source file has a duplicate header"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. If we upload a zip file for Attachment object we see that the files have not been uploaded and see message: "no file chosen"

2. If we re-upload the same zip file we get error:

"Your import activity has failed because the source file has a duplicate header"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load zip files.
