Symptoms
When attempting to Export to Excel all Items inside PLM application, the following error occurs:
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
This can be reproduced using the following steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Product Management
Go to Product Development
Go to Tasks
Go to Manage Items
Using keyword field, search for All Items created inside PLM
Search Results then use Actions -> Export to Excel.
