Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)
The customer receive the below error when he try to create a Line Adjustment for the full amount of the invoice.

the transaction type assigned to the transaction doesn't allow overapplication. You Can only apply a credit or a receipt amountup to, but not over, the outstanding balance on the transaction
