Symptoms
When attempting to refresh a Planning application database, which has an out of the box module (Financials, Capital, Workforce, Projects) the Best Practice Validation Fails with message:
"The Number of Forms Added Exceeded Threshold. Error Threshold: 100, Warning Threshold: 80, Current Value: 102 for Cube
