Custom Change Order Notification Title Changes Not Reflecting In New Change Orders

Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders
When creating custom change order notification, arguments are not being displayed, as if blank.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for Task: Manage Task Configurations for Supply Chain Management
3. Within the BPM Worklist click on the ChangeOrderApprovalTask
4. Select the small globe icon (Title/Translations)
5. Press the Plus Sign
6. Key: ChangeOrderApproval
7. Arguments: {0} requires Approval
8. Edit Arguments
9. {0} expression is set as Payload>ns5:ChangeObjectApprovalResponse>ns2:ChangeName (or other parameters under ChangeObjectApprovalResponse)
10. Save
11. Commit task
12. Create a Change Order
13. Change Order Title does not reflect the setup
