Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources on Saas Environment
When attempting to Move to HR a candidate the following error occurs.
ERROR

The candidate "XXXXX" was moved to HR. There was a processing problem that HR will resolve. You can open the candidate's offer to see any errors.

2. Move to HR
