Symptoms

Candidate Profile History reflects a legitimate update followed by a another Update, with the same time stamp which was not actually made to the profile.

Expected behavior:

An update made by a user to the candidate's address will show in history as Basic profile - Updated  followed by Details of what was updated, (e.g. Address (line 1) before change: 37 Alice Dr.)

Unexpected Behaviors

After making the update to a candidate's profile, there will be another History event of the type related to Preferences: Basic profile - Updated   Preferred location(s) before change - this is unexpected behavior

Other updates to the Profile may result other types of history event updates - for example Work Conditions - Updated  Willing to work on holidays before change: -

When attempting to add a reference to the profile, no update can be made but multiple reference updates are entered in the history
