Goal

When Importing an exported Benefit Program file, I am getting an unusual error I have never seen before.

BEN:::BEN_PDPLN_DUP_ORG_PLN: The selected organization is already used in this plan. The same organization can't be linked twice.
Plan: JBO-BEN:::BEN_PDPLN_DUP_ORG_PLN: The selected organization is already used in this plan. The same organization can't be linked twice.
