Second Gift With Purchase not Added to Cart if Target Gift Already Exists in Cart (Doc ID 2745391.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

The issue is when a promotion contains custom PMDL for two gifts to be added to the cart under a certain condition ie. if shopping cart > $40. This scenario works as expected if none of the two gifts are in the cart before the promotion qualifies. However, if the target gift is in the cart before the cart exceeds $40, only the target gift will be added to the cart (adjusted to $0, and the second gift will not).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a custom promotion /ccadminui/v1/promotions POST

2. Publish promotion

3. Add targeted gift

"Product_2D" to cart (Clash of the titans)

4. Add over $40 worth of items from Category_14Bxi (Psychological Thrillers)

5. View Cart

Expected Behavior:-

Both Product_2D and Product_10C (The Good, the and and the ugly) are added to cart as free gifts.

Actual Behavior :-

Only Product_2D is added to cart as free gift.
