Symptoms
When uploading lease via the FBDI Fixed Asset Leases Import template, the interest rate is not uploaded correctly and is truncated to one decimal place.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload lease assets using FBDI Fixed Asset Leases Import Template, with interest rates having two decimal places.
2. Review lease via Manage Leases and see the interest rate truncated to one decimal place.
