RPASCE: Why Is User Displayed As "User N/A" and Error "Unable to connect to any solution" After Clicking on Application Tile in Retail Home? (Doc ID 2745521.1)

Symptoms

After successfully accessing the Retail Home link, the user then clicks on the relevant application tile (for example MFPEECS), and this results in the screen refreshing with an Error "Unable to connect to any solution" and user name is now displayed as User: N/A.
