On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
When attempting to navigate to assign Balancing Segment Value (BSV) to the Legal Entity (LE) using 'Assign Balancing Segment Values to Legal Entities' Task the following error occurs.

View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[null ] is not found in LedgerIterator."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to assign BSV to LE using 'Assign Balancing Segment Values to Legal Entities' Task.
2. Notice the reported error.

Due to this issue, users cannot use the newly created BSV
