Symptoms
After upgrading Taleo TEE (Enterprise Edition) to 20D, integrations based on BulkAPI stop working. This affects:
- Fusion-Taleo out-of-box import process (the Import Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data process status showing keep on retrying).
- Customer's custom BulkAPI integrations that utilize MTOM (Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism)
Changes
Taleo TEE 20D had some underlying API changes.
