Custom Payroll flow based on 'Global Simplified Payroll Cycle' with Calculate Payroll task removed in order to capture results from all QuickPays only - Fails on running

Custom Payroll flow to be running smoothly

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run QuickPays for many employees outside the custom flow.
2. Start custom flow to run Calculate Prepayments and other flows.
3. No data is processed by the custom Calculate Prepayments process.

After the seeded Calculate Prepayments process is run for one employee, it processes the employee's QuickPay. Calculate Payroll was excluded from the custom follow in order to capture all QuickPays only.

Consolidation group parameter was used to consolidate the multiple QuickPay runs. The same consolidation group parameter was used when running the custom flow Prepayments process. Also, both QuickPays and custom Prepayment were run for the same Payroll.
