US Form 4626 Is Completing With Error (Doc ID 2745843.1)

Symptoms

When running the Summary or Detail report for US Form 4626 in Scheduled
Processed, the report runs to 'Error'.

When running the same reports in xmlpServer, the reports produced the
following errors:

oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException:
oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException:
ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes.
    2. Run the US Form 4626 - AMT Summary Report
