Essbase Marketplace Not Starting Due to Expired Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Cloud Database Certificate

Symptoms
While trying to start Essbase, there is an error in the AdminServer logs that it cannot connect to the database as the certificate expired. ATP was deployed as part of the Essbase stack. Able to connect to the database using SQL.
AdminServer.log:
