After creating a pick wave and moving to confirming the pick slip, users are receiving the following error and are not able to confirm the pick line

The secondary picked quantity is also not populating automatically. The issue happens in one environment but not in another.

"The pick confirmation for pick line 1 failed with the error: The process failed in module inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm with error: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.. (INV-2416654)."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. After creating a pick wave and moving to confirming the pick slip, users are receiving the following error and are not able to confirm the pick line
2. The secondary picked quantity is also not populating automatically.
