Symptoms

When attempting to add a user in Primavera Administration, the following error occurs.

<username>: Already exists. Enter a unique username


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Primavera Administration.
  2. Double-click the Last Name field.
  3. Enter a value in the Last Name field.
  4. Enter a value in the First Name field.
  5. Enter a value in the Email Address field.
  6. Enter a value in the Username field.
  7. Select the Company field.
  8. The Error bar appears at the top.
  9. Click on the Error and it a list of usernames (more than 1 and the number varies) with the following text: <username>: Already exists. Enter a unique username
