Attachment uploaded by employee did not appear in approval notification.
1. Login as employee
2. Go to Me > Quick Actions > Document Records
3. Choose document type > upload an attachment > submit
4. Login as approver, go to bell notification > check the approval. Found no attachment
5. Login as admin, go to tools > transaction console > choose the approval. Found no attachment as well
