Symptoms

 On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Analytics

Customer is getting error when running BICC extract, BICC didn't download all transactions of payment batch created by the users.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run BICC extract, partial manifest file is created

2. After relaunching the job, this partial manifest file was worked upon

3. json log shows above error "partial multibyte error"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer cannot provide data for invoicing partner.
