Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to move a candidate to the HR phase, the following warning is received:

Warning

The candidate {name} was moved to HR. There was a
processing problem that HR will resolve.  You can open the
candidate's offer to see any errors. 

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException,
msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught:
oracle.jbo.RowValException, msg=JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row
with key oracle.jbo.Key[...] in AssignmentLogical
