[FAH] Journal Lines Not Generated For Some Transactions Imported In FAH (Doc ID 2746415.1)

Goal

After performing Import Accounting Transactions, all processes end with success.

But we are encountering the symptom that journal lines are not generated for some transactions.
For Transaction Number: 2111017, no journal line is generated, on the other hand, Transaction Number: 2111018 has journal lines, which uses the same event type.
