Send Statement Is Unticked But System Requires Statement Cycle Value

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing the customer profile, the user was modifying some things and ticked the "Send statement" box by mistake, the field "Statement cycle" is opened to add a value.
Then the user decided to untick the box, but the "Statement cycle" field still requires a value and doesn't become inactive.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect when the Send Statement box is unchecked the Statement Cycle to be automatically inactivated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Receivables;es > Billing > Manage Customers
2. Search by a customer > open the Site profile
3. check & uncheck the Send Statement option
