Symptoms

The 'Optimize Driver Assignment' Shipment action fails to assign driver to any shipment (Entire fleet assignment fails) when the following Planning Parameters are set.

Shipment Manager > Shipment Manager > Buy Shipments > Actions > Fleet Management > Assign > Optimize Driver Assignment

GET THE DRIVER HOME FOR FLEET OPTIMIZATION=TRUE
FLEET ASSIGNMENT ALGORITHM=Column Generation
