New Repository Cannot Add Image Or Files By Default (Doc ID 2746718.1)

Goal

If you create a new repository in OCE versions 21.1.1 or later you cannot add images or other digital assets by default. You have to manually add "Image" to the Asset Types list of the repository. This is different from previous versions. Is this the expected behavior or is it a bug ?
