Access Denied Message on Using Workspace (Doc ID 2746746.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to View any records for an object using Workspace and is constantly getting "Access Denied" message in the workspace page.

Steps to recreate:

1. Login to CX Salesapplication
2. In the homepage, click on Workspace.
3. Page shows no data and displays "Access Denied" message.
4. Choose other Object same issue encountered.
