On : 20.4 version, Celery

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Web Reports Gen 2 not working when changing language to Portuguese.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reports to open and to run when changing language to Portuguese.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud
2. Navigation Path; Web Reports Gen 2
3.  Go to Web Reports Gen 2 in English. Open/Run any report, and see they are opening, running.
4. Now switch language to Portuguese, and click on any report. Attempt to open or run any report. Nothing happens.If you switch back to English, you will see you can open and run reports.
    Web Reports does not work in Portuguese Language.
