On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration
Not able to select Tax Authority when creating Tax Regime for Sales Transactions, 'Reporting Tax Authority' LOV is Blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to create transaction tax for invoices and able to select the report tax authority in manage tax regime
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Tax Regime > Transaction taxes
2.- Go to Report Tax Authority field
