Symptoms
'An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later' error User tries to 'Change Password' that is tied to a Account Policy that includes a Password Rule that requires special character.
This error occurs when the password combination consist of certain special characters like # { }
Example:
--------------
A user has an Account Policy with the following Password Rules for example.
[A-Z] Password must contain at least one capital letter
[^\w] password must contain at least one special character
.{8,} password must contain at least 8 characters
\p{Digit} password must contain at least one numeric character.
Old Password: XXXX
New Password: Anything that contains special characters like # { }
One the User clicks on "Change Password", the following error happens on the UI.
